Who is Carol Peccarelli

After a 37-year career at Johnson & Johnson, Carol retired in October 2017 and started her business, New Hope Coaching. At New Hope Coaching, Carol has provided Diversity, Equity & Inclusion consulting to Fortune 100 companies and has mentored and coached executives to accelerate their leadership and transition successfully into new roles.

While at Johnson & Johnson, Carol held several executive leadership positions in Human Resources in the Consumer, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Diagnostics. This included Business-Based Human Resources roles supporting Commercial, Supply Chain and Research & Development functions, and enterprise-wide Global Leadership Development & Learning and Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion functions.

Carol has built and led high performing, diverse Human Resources teams focused on talent management, diversity & inclusion, change management, and culture change.

She holds a M.S. Degree in Organizational Development from American University, is a Certified Executive Coach, and has a certificate in Prosci Change Management. Carol and her husband, Vic, have been married 29 years, have two adult children (both in HR), and two dogs. She loves to connect with people, travel, golf, bike, and read.
